I had a problem with my order and it took a few back-and-forth messages before it was finally sorted out. They did fix it in the end, so I appreciate that, but the waiting was a bit frustrating. Not sure how to explain it, it just felt like it could’ve been handled a little quicker

Everything showed up correctly and there weren’t any issues. So yeah, all good on my end. Very calm about it. Completely calm.

I found my size really quickly, and checkout was straightforward. i appreciate when a site keeps things easy and doesn’t make you jump through hoops just to buy what you need.

I usually check out shiekh.com whenever I notice a decent discount or promo code pop up. They seem to have sales often, which definitely helps since shoes can get expensive fast. Checkout was simple. Code worked with no issues. The savings aren’t always huge, but still better than paying full price...

I like shopping on shiekh.com because it doesn’t feel like I’m scrolling through the exact same shoes every other store has. I found some Jordans I was into and even a pair of boots I’d been looking for, which made it feel like the time spent browsing was actually worth it.
The site was easy to get around, and the sizing info was clear, so I wasn’t second-guessing everything. I ordered a pair I was really hoping would work, but once they showed up, they were just a little too tight. I’ll be honest, I kind of sighed and assumed returning them was going to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations.
But it actually went smoothly. I followed the return instructions, shipped them back, and a few days later my refund came through without me having to bug anyone. It was way easier than I expected, and I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering from shiekh again.

I don’t think these shoes are terrible or anything, so I’m not trying to be harsh. They’re just okay. The quality seems fine and they do the job, but I wouldn’t say they feel amazing or super high-end. If you’re expecting something basic, they’re alright

The shoes showed up in great shape with no scuffs or weird marks, so I’m happy about that. The box was bent up though, and when I mentioned it, it kind of felt like it was brushed off since the shoes weren’t damaged. I get that, but it still would’ve been nice to feel like it mattered

I did end up getting my refund, so it all worked out in the end, but it definitely took a little longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, more like waiting for a package that says it’s arriving Tuesday and then shows up Thursday, or waiting on a reply to an email that finally comes in right when you stop checking. Not terrible, not a dealbreaker, just a bit slow. Like, I’ve had refunds show up almost instantly before, or within a couple days, so this one felt like it dragged on a bit. Overall, okay experience, just wish the refund process had been quicker.

Only reason I’d say 4 stars. One update took longer than I thought it would. So yeah, I kept checking my email a little too much.
Still, nothing was confusing. My questions got answered. I’d order again, for sure. Just wish the updates came a bit quicker.

The shoes looked real to me, and the box and tags seemed okay. I still had a few small doubts though because the packaging felt a little off. Overall, it was average.

I ordered my usual size and the shoes fit perfectly. The sizing was "spot on," so I didn’t have to deal with any returns.

My first thought after realizing I had to cancel my order was that it was going to be a whole hassle. Luckily, it wasn’t. Customer service got back to me and handled the cancellation without making me go back and forth a bunch of times. It did take a little while to get the final confirmation, but overall the process was smooth. I’d give it 4 stars.
